Privacy & Cookies

This page explains what information Christmas Kingdom collects, why, and what your rights are. Plain English, no legal maze.

What we collect

Analytics and cookies. The site runs on HubSpot, which uses cookies to measure how the site is used (pages visited, rough location, device type). You will see a cookie banner on your first visit and you can decline non-essential cookies there; the site works fine without them.

Things you send us. If you use a form or email us, we receive what you send: typically your name, email address and message. If you subscribe to our email list, we store your email address to send you the list you asked for.

Why we collect it

To understand what content is useful, to reply when you contact us, and to send the newsletter to people who opted in. We do not sell your data, and we do not share it except with the service providers that run the site (such as HubSpot) under their own data protection obligations.

How long we keep it

Form submissions and correspondence are kept only as long as needed to deal with your query. Newsletter subscriptions are kept until you unsubscribe; every email includes an unsubscribe link that works immediately.

Your rights

Under the GDPR you can ask for a copy of the data we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Send any request via the contact page and we will act on it promptly. If you are unhappy with how we handle your data, you can complain to Ireland's Data Protection Commission.

Affiliate links

Product links may be affiliate links. Clicking one takes you to the retailer (usually Amazon.ie), whose own privacy policy applies from that point. See our affiliate disclosure.
